1. How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Splenzer account and all associated data in either of these ways:

In the app — go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm your request.
By email — send a deletion request to hello@splenzer.com from the email address linked to your account.

2. What Data Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following information:

Your profile and account details (name, email, phone number)
Business records — sales, invoices, products, and services
Customer and inventory data you stored in the app
Reports, analytics, and activity history

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting any data you may need before requesting deletion.

3. Data We May Retain

Some information may be kept for a limited period where required:

Transaction and billing records needed for legal, tax, or accounting obligations
Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you
Security and fraud-prevention logs

Retained data is removed once the required period ends.

4. What Happens After You Request Deletion

Your account is deactivated immediately and you lose access.
Any active subscription is cancelled — no further charges.
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your confirmed request.
You will receive an email confirmation once it is done.
